Organizational awareness is the understanding of the administrative structure, organisational culture, as well as the legal and policy framework, that impacts the organisation. It allows one to understand the drivers and motivations of different stakeholders, and to take appropriate actions leading to securing value for money and the best outcome for the organisation.
